To ensure the safety of everyone our TM’s will wear masks, and gloves. You can be present during your appointment however please do not exceed standard social distancing guidelines.

Please be prepared to answer the following questions: 

Has anyone in your home tested positive for COVID-19?

Does anyone in your home have a fever?

Have you or anyone in your home experienced any symptoms associated with COVID-19? 

*Answering Yes to any of the questions does not exclude you from receiving services. This is informational for our TM as they must adjust their protective equipment before entering your home or business. Please answer these questions openly, honestly and accurately.
